Three products, three production routes, one quality discipline
Each product follows its own chemistry, but the production logic remains consistent: controlled raw materials, recorded process conditions, laboratory release and traceable packing.
Feed Preparation
Mineral and chemical inputs are sampled, weighed and matched to the batch recipe.
Reaction and Crystallisation
Temperature, pH, concentration and residence time are managed to control purity and crystal formation.
Separation and Drying
Filtration, solid separation, drying and screening prepare a stable product for storage and use.
Packing for the Supply Chain
Products are packed in 25 or 50 kg bags and one-tonne big bags, depending on product and order.

Laboratory and quality control
Quality starts before a raw material reaches the line
The laboratory supports incoming inspection, process decisions and final release. XRF, AAS, ICP-OES, UV-Vis, titration, moisture and particle-size tests are used across the three product routes.
- Representative Sampling
- Incoming materials, process streams and finished products follow separate sampling plans.
- Chemical Analysis
- Active content, elemental composition, pH and critical impurities are measured for each route.
- Physical Testing
- Moisture, solubility, insoluble matter and particle distribution are checked for handling and use.
- Batch Release
- A compliant batch receives its analysis certificate, traceability code and packing approval.
Product Analysis
Results produced by the manufacturing line
Every batch is tested for purity, moisture, particle size and product-specific parameters before packing. These reports show the analysis format used for MKT’s three core products.
