Mashhad Plant

Three products with independent production routes

MKT production starts with controlled feed preparation and moves through reaction, crystallisation, separation, drying and final packing.

Crystalline material transfer and packing line inside an industrial plant

Inside the Plant

Manganese sulfate, ammonium sulfate and sodium bicarbonate follow different chemistry, but the control logic is shared: feed is measured, reaction conditions are recorded and product is tested before packing.

Production supports agricultural and industrial supply in 25 and 50 kg bags and one-tonne big bags.

Raw-material preparation

Mineral and chemical feeds are sampled, weighed and checked before entering a production batch.

  • Feed identity and purity control
  • Weighing and ratio adjustment
  • Batch coding and route registration

Reaction and product formation

Temperature, pH, residence time and solution concentration are monitored through reaction and crystallisation to maintain purity and physical form.

  • Reaction and filtration control
  • Crystallisation and solids separation
  • Drying and particle-size adjustment

Release and packing

Laboratory-approved product enters packing. Every unit carries the product name, weight, batch number and traceability information.

  • Final batch analysis
  • Filling, sealing and weight control
  • Palletising and dispatch preparation
