From Incoming Feed to Finished Product

Laboratory testing and product quality control

MKT’s laboratory identifies raw material, sees process changes and measures chemical composition and physical properties before each batch is released.

Control in Three Stages

Sampling does not happen only at the end of the line. Incoming feed, process solutions and dried product each follow a separate plan so deviations can be found before they become a shipment.

Elemental work uses XRF, atomic absorption and ICP-OES; solution testing uses UV-Vis and titration; physical checks cover moisture and particle distribution.

Raw-material identification

Every feed is checked for identity, grade, moisture and associated elements before production.

  • XRF and ICP-OES elemental analysis
  • Moisture and insoluble-matter testing
  • Retention-sample registration

In-process monitoring

pH, concentration, density and solution composition are measured at defined points so operators can adjust reaction and crystallisation in time.

  • pH and concentration control
  • Solution and crystal sampling
  • Fast feedback to the control room

Product release

Purity, active content, moisture, particle size and critical impurities are compared with product limits and recorded in the batch analysis certificate.

  • Batch certificate of analysis
  • Product TDS and SDS
  • Sample-to-shipment traceability
